What are the actual problems in Karnal that we’ve just accepted?

Like

Services you’ve seen in metro cities but not here

Small everyday inconveniences

Or even something big that no one talks about

Could be anything from micro annoyances to major gaps.

I genuinely want to understand what people here feel is missing or needs fixing.
