Hiiiiii, well to cut my story short. I quit nicotine 8 months ago (yay me) it’s been hard considering my nervous system became so sensitive and that includes towards medications, foods… luckily I feel a lot better now but it’s been about 5-6 months I’ve been on Prozac 20mg. It helped my depression so much and anxiety however it does cause me to feel jittery and shaky once it hits my system and it’s uncomfortable… i also get dizziness, floaty weird feeling. I get that it’s common plus it’s not vertigo so thank goodness. I contacted my psychiatrist to see her input on lowering my dose to maybe 10mg if anyone has experience on lowering your dose (side effects) or who are on 10mg how is that going for you?
