I will be honest that I haven't ever had the leaded version of Pseudo Sue so I really don't have a point of comparison to the NA version. But I will say that this NA version is absolutely amazing and it feels that the NA game is getting closer and closer to the alcohol containing beers.

The description from the brewery is: "Non-Alcoholic Pseudo Sue showcases Citra hops for a well-balanced brew with a delicate body and mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious hop aromas of citrus and mango give a refreshing taste without the guilt."

I get citrus/mango and in some ways this reminds me of Fresh Squeeze. But the kicker is the bitterness on the back end. This, to me, is what so many beers lack and it's absence contributes to the thin feeling of certain NAs.

So this one is a 5 star, go get it now if you see it kind of brew!

A while ago I had the PBC. I was more used to the WSM and kettles that I could dial in wherever I wanted temp wise. I tried very hard to make the PBC the same. I got frustrated and sold it.

A few years later I decided to give it one more go and picked up the PBX on sale. And this time I decided to just let it ride. What a great decision. This thing is a beast, and incredibly easy to use. Literally just follow the instructions from Pit Barrel and don't even think about the temp in the cooker.

I know this is well known on this sub but I thought I'd just let anyone else who might be frustrated to keep at it. Let it do it's thing and you'll produce killer BBQ.

Anyone who is on the THC drink train should check out the Easy Man line from Go. Finally a combo that tastes great.

I can't place the Reserve yet, and I could be wrong, but the Pale seems essentially like The Story IPA and the Hazy seems just like Disarm. Just with the added benefit of some buzz buds.

10/10 for these bad boys.
