I am planning to start a VPN service and, for that, I will need multiple small VPS servers with unlimited bandwidth and at least a 1 Gbps port speed.

I would also appreciate suggestions from anyone who has experience running a similar service. What things should I be careful about, especially regarding provider terms, acceptable use policies, abuse reports, and other legal or technical requirements?
