need help for EAP683UR
i have been using omada ecosystem for 2 years now and been quite happy with the performance so i decided to add another AP (EAP683UR US v1.0) with FW 1.3.1. The issues that im facing is the random heartbeat missed, disconnect and readopt every 2-3 hours. Thought it was the cat6 Ethernet cable issue so i swap with EAP653 v1, everything works fine. so it shouldnt be the cat6 cable issue. Distance from the switch (SG2218p) to AP(EAP683UR) is just 20 meters away.
Appreciate if anyone ever face the similar issue and able to solved it, please guide me throught it.
