Im looking to do some buisness with a local apartment complex in willard ohio. There are 61 units all ground level. I believe each unit has 8 panes of glass for a total of 488 panes of glass. I would be hand cleaning both sides of the glass and detailing the frames and sills by myself. I dont really know what to charge for the job. I've done multiple residential buildings but never an apartment complex or commercial building. Any help would be nice. My residential charge starts at $6.50 per pane outside and $3 inside
