is there a way to make npm redirect ALL http port 80 requests to https port 443?
In nginx you could do something like this, but I don't know how to apply it to npm.

server {  
    listen 80 default_server; 
    listen [::]:80 default_server; 
    server_name _; 
    return 301 https://$host$request_uri; 
}
