Spider-Man on Flycast
I've been using Flycast for a short time, and while playing Spider-Man I've noticed that the in-game cutscenes that are rendered in real time pretty much always display at 20 FPS, while the normal game is at 30 FPS, the FPS shift is more noticeable in the bank level, on the start of the game. Watching some videos of the game on dreamcast I think I see those frame drops there but it feels like it's less noticeable there, is this something from the settings of the emulator or it's just the game itself?
I've also noticed that whenever there's letterboxing on real-time cutscenes, you can see a small bar on the bottom of the screen where you can actually see what's behind the letterboxing, is there some way to fix this?
I've seen some people commenting on those, but never answering if there's a fix for this or if it's just the way the game is programmed.
