I'm a baker from warangal. I learnt everything out of passion but it seems to be that warangal doesn't have a market for sourdough. I don't know how to sell it. Where do I start? Or should I just stick to normal white bread making here? I'm confused. I think the crowd here doesn't appreciate sourdough and young people are migrating to hyd for better opportunities. So it feels useless to sell it here as people wouldn't understand.
