Issues getting my Simlandi

Has anyone else on here who takes Simlandi also had issues getting their refills? I was told by CVS that there's a backorder on Simlandi right now. They told me that my doctor needed to reach out to them to find another biosimilar. After speaking with them, my doctor immediately told me that she wants to see me asap for an appointment. And mentioned nothing about any medications. My meds were supposed to be delivered today. So now i'm nervous that I'm gonna miss a bunch of doses. Was just curious if anyone else has had issues getting Simlandi or other biosimilars.

Anyone have any suggestions?

So im just posting here to see if anyone has any suggestions for me. I feel like I'm at a complete loss. It seems like my uveitis does not want to stay under control for very long. I have been on MTX for like a year now. For a long time, it worked well in terms of inflammation, but gave me a lot of side effects. So about 6-8 months ago, I started Simlandi to wean off the MTX. Well, that never happened. I had a slight flare up and my drs kept me on both the MTX and Simlandi, and have been on the combo since i started the Simlandi. I switched to the injection MTX at some point, to help mitigate the side effects. Well anyways, fast forward to now; I'm having a pretty bad flare up. So I'm now on the MTX, Simlandi, and steroid drops. And my doctor is hesitant to raise the MTX anymore because my safety labs showed elevated liver enzymes. So I just feel like I'm at a total loss. It feels like whatever the doctors do, nothing lasts. Just looking for any advice or suggestions on how to help my situation. I've asked about genetic testing and I havent really gotten anywhere with that. My rheumatologist has ran a bunch of tests throughout the time ive seen her, and none of them show any systemic issue. Despite my doctor being convinced that something systemic is going on. It just seems like a total mystery, and all these medications only have provided temporary help. Anyways, thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and/or responds. Hope everyone's having a good day.

On Multiple meds now, still having flares

Just wanted to make this post because I feel like I'm not at a great point with my uveitis and wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions/can relate to any of my issues. I have been on a combination of adalimumab injections and methotrexate injections for quite a while. I started on just the methotrexate and that worked amazing, it completely stopped flare ups for a while. And then I got on the adalimumab in order to try to get off of the methotrexate. Well, long story short, that never happened. When I first started the adalimumab, my doctor said my uveitis was the quietest it's ever been. And I was in super high spirits. And that lasted a few months. But at my last appointment, there was a little bit of inflammation but my doctor wasn't really concerned. I had another appointment today, and my doctor discovered that the inflammation was back and in full force. So now I have to start taking the steroid drops again, on top of all the other medications I'm taking to help with this. And as the cherry on top, the prescription was put in wrong. So now i have to wait until morning to start getting the inflammation down. I just feel pretty hopeless, I feel like no matter how many meds they throw at me nothing works.

Anyone else who injects MTX have this happen?

So I just wanted to make this post to see if anyone else has had a similar reaction to Methotrexate injections. I've been taking the weekly Methotrexate injections for the past like two months probably. My body could not tolerate the pills at all. So my doctor switched me to the injections. I have noticed after multiple injections, that I have a yellow stain under my skin. I know its not a bruise because ive given myself bruises from the injections before and the spots don't really look like that. But this has happened a few times where my skin looks stained yellow by the injection, and it will take about a week for it to clear up and look normal again. Was just curious if anyone else has had this skin reaction or if it's only me that has had this consistently happen. I'm not hugely worried about it, as I have not experienced any other weird symptoms or anything. Was just curious if anyone else has had this happen multiple times.

Trying again

So since I was about 14/15 (I'm 26 now), I've been addicted to nicotine. It started with cigarettes, then the box mod vapes, and now the disposable salt nic vapes. But today, when I went to get my replacement vape, something in my head just wouldn't let me do it. I instead got a pack of nicorette gum, and I really wanna hold myself to this. I have pretty significant health issues that have started to effect my day to day life, and the vaping can not be helping anything. I have successfully quit smoking/vaping once in the past, only for about 2 or 3 months though, and I was using nicotine replacement (Zyn pouches). I started vaping again at that point because I was extremely stressed out and used it as a crutch. Something feels different this time though, i genuinely just don't want to vape anymore. I get nothing from it, no enjoyment, and it is just a waste of money. If anyone has any advice or recommendations, im all ears. I mostly just wanted to post on here to talk to others that also are quitting/have quit. I hope everyone else on here is having a good journey with quitting, and if you have read my post, thank you for taking the time to do so.
