There might be hope!
Hi everyone, I’ve been scouting through this forum for a good 2 years now. I got banned off of robinhood back in February of 2024 for unusual account activity. As everyone knows, it’s always automated responses with no true help from robinhood. A few months back I found out about CMFB complaints. I filled one out, I got extremely busy. I let the complaint die out, with no arguing back, but robinhood keeps saying no new evidence has been provided….they never tell me what evidence to provide lol. So this time around, I am going full force with them, I resubmitted a complaint as well as one through FINRA. USE THEM AS YOUR BIG BROTHER! Always mention them, as well as the complaint numbers. This morning I heard back from robinhood with actual decent information, I wrote back twice to them, no response yet, but I actually believe we may have a chance! I talked to CMFB on the phone, he said if this isn’t resolved with this complaint. To put in the box in the next one to have a supervisor call you, if you do not respond to leave a genuine call back number (I made the mistake and didn’t do that) I will be contacting FINRA to get there opinion on what to do from now on.
Moral of this message, I want to spread awareness and help others that were like me on what to do to escalate this. I will update with answers.
