PCOS girlies: With very irregular cycles how do you keep track of periods + ovulation?
How do you keep track of ovulation?
My cycle has always been irregular (45+ days cycle almost all of the times).
Have been on and off on synthetic progresterone and have got induced bleeding caused due to it.
But don’t know if the underlying ovulation is happening or not. Am afraid this also affects fertility.
Any suggestions are welcome!
