Been collecting physicals since Dec of 2024
I have 1200+ currently.
The first picture is mostly light novels minus Berserk, Vineland Saga and Trigun collectors edition.
The shelf on the top right are japanese light novels.
Pet girl of sakurasou, Chivalry of a failed knight and Monogatari series. Its hard to source Japanese light novels where I live in the states, so I have very few of those.
The 2nd picture is all manga.
A bit of background I guess.
I have been reading Manga since I was around 9-10 years old (currently 31). I grew up pretty poor, so most of my reading was done digitally on various forums at the time. I have been very fortunate since then to be able to have enough disposable income to amass a collection of this size in 2 years.
My preferred media is Light Novels now, so that is why that section is laid out a bit nicer.
I am aware the tv is off center lol. There was not a stud for the mount in the right spot to center it. Ill eventually get a different mount that allows for more horizon movement. For now lets just say it was intentional so my frieren figure does not block the tv screen.
I've gotten a few more things since I took these pictures, but its only like 6-10 manga, and 3 light novels so I didn't feel like taking a new picture.
I moved my collection into this spare room over a weekend, and there was not a lot of planning that went into it minus measuring, and putting together the 3 short bookshelves. You really don't understand how many books are on a shelf until you take them off and move them.
Feel free to ask me questions, and I will try and reply to them as fast as I can.
