Big Week for VERI

  1. Shareholders’ meeting on Tuesday.
  2. Innovation Showcase on Tuesday.

> Will we get any significant PR’s or developments this week?
> Q2 is over. Will we get any updates for this, possibly revised projections for Q2 and/or 2026 year end?
> Ryan’s LinkedIn posts are receiving multiple “likes” from Oracle employees, a handful of which are VP’s of different departments. Is there any significance to this on the heels of our new partnership with OCI?

Looking forward to see if we have the golden goose. I think we do. My opinion…

ATM Utilization

My speculation is that they are utilizing the ATM on this last day of the quarter to strengthen the balance sheet. Hopefully tomorrow they will lay off and allow the share price to rise.

VERI Stock about to Rise?

  1. Ryan Steelberg just completed a keynote speech this past week at the Oracle Sales Kickoff. He was invited to do this. Oracle doesn't invite just anyone to do this. It is a big deal for reasons we may learn soon.

  2. Migration to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) will begin soon.

  3. Revenues for Q2 could be "in excess of $30 million" per Mike Zemetra.

  4. Revenues for 2026 could be $130-145 million based on guidance.

  5. They are going through a reduction of approximately 25% of its employees. While sad for the employees, they have streamlined their business plan to VDR, aiWare, VDM.

  6. They are expected to reduce annual expenses by 30%.

  7. Profitability still expected to be by end of year (Q4).

Recent accounting woes and continued loss of trust in leadership has hammered this stock. The turnaround is happening right before our eyes, however.
