I know what the mask, pants, and gloves are but this chest piece i saw today looks amazing and I cant figure it out, if anyone knows what it is id appreciate it !!

So ive had a issue with the main seal inside the transmission leaking only when the truck is hot, but ive always added fluid and I was going to replace the seal this week but then as of today the truck is acting off. It almost felt like it didnt want to shift a few times then it wqs fine till I got home to back it in the driveway, it almost didn't go into reverse and as I got it in the driveway fluid started coming out a good amount. Its always leaked a tiny bit since owning it for a bit but stopped for a year after being told a vent was stuck closed on it causing it to heat up a bit too much and force the fluid out of the originalseal which i was tokd and shown was it great condition. But today was bad, is it worth replacing the seal or figuring out if my transmission is in limp mode or if its about to blow, any advice would be appreciated.
What a coincidence I was just talking about this on someone else's post about it and I finally got the the proof before he took off, almost looks like a hunter kinda but its gotta be that guy from the new classified missions
Edit: so I found out they are just random spawn cause ive already killed all of the hunters in DC so thats still cool to see
Ive been trying to figure out how to get this mask i saw earlier but I cant find anything out about it besides it being called the endurance mask, anyone know how to get it or was it a missed year pass / store bundle
