6 month change after changing diet and losing 35# but still high- what next?!

So, I (M37) posted here about 7 months ago. I got some blood work done and found my cholesterol was very high. I spoke to my doctor and he recommended some dietary changes and I followed every single one of them. I exercised, lost weight (208>173) have been feeling great then went back for blood work 6 months later and my results were still high. I have another checkup with my doc but I'd love to hear from others what I can do to help get my levels normal without statins.

I have little kids at home and the thought of leaving them kills me. I want to be as healthy as I can but would like to try to avoid taking statins.

Thanks!

One month out switch to EET and go for it or reschedule and cancel School of PE for another option?

So, I signed up to take my PE Civil: Transportation initially about 3 months ago (been studying sporadically for 6 months). I pushed the exam 3 times now and recently just pushed it again (at $50/ea.) and now have 4-5 weeks. It has taken me forever to get through the incredibly dry and nearly useless videos for School of PE then when I take the quiz there are questions I never solved in the videos. I speed the videos up but they just deviate from the content so much. I have solidly made it through 6 sections out of 10.

If I switched to EET would I be able to finish the remaining sections and go over all of the content a couple times over via questions or should I switch to EET and reschedule?

Welp my company officially rolled out enterprise AI

We're cooked everybody. Guy literally said all young staff careers will look much different soon. Said we're not necessarily going to reduce all headcounts.

Who are the 49 people that are willing to train their replacement?

We are in line as a career about to be seriously reduced in employment due to AI and we have some destroying our own.
