Musket ID

found someone asking for the ID of this musket that they own, the only markings found were a crown like marking near the breechblock, a 49 serial, and a B on the barrel band

pulled from twitter off a japanese demilled show and want an general ID of it

browsing twitter, and apparently there was a milsurp/repro show going on today in japan with people showing off their demilled collection. this tweet popped up and I have zero idea what it could possibly be other then a mixmaster rifle of some sort?
