We are looking to make a move to a new city in a few months and a family friend offered this to me. Is it worth attempting to fix it up? Or should I just run away lol. I love home improvement and gardening so the yard isn’t a big deal at all. I don’t have any pictures of the inside but it’s not trashed or anything. Just has old furniture in it. There is only 1 leak which is above the front door, but other than that it’s in good condition inside.
