What was life like before Warsails?
Still on my first playthrough, Nord heritage, served as a vassal under Vlandia, destroyed Sturgia, managed to acquire most of old Sturgia as my fiefs, plus a few of Northern Empire's port cities.
Long story short I control pretty much everywhere around that central sea between the empire and Sturgia, and use sea travel a *lot* to get around my cities, and it occurred to me, having never played before Warsails, what was life like before the DLC?
Could you still travel by sea but battles could only take place on land?
Did you have to walk everywhere? Did Invading Eastern Sturgia from Vlandia involve marching through the Empire to get there?
I know the Nords are new but how did you invade the Aserai from anywhere other than Khuzait?
