help with warranty claim on InAwaken dawn ms ( channel imbalance )

These were purchased from headphonezone i have the bill and everything accessories and they don't got any physical damage no scratch anything
facing a channel imbalance issue with them the left side is noticeably quieter than the right side, especially at low volumes. During music playback, vocals and most sounds feel shifted toward the right ear the right side sounds louder and more dominant
The left side is still working but the volume output is lower compared to the right side. The imbalance becomes very noticeable while listening at lower volume levels. I’ve tested with different tracks and devices
facing issues with putting warranty claim there is no option to pick this iems on the choose model section picture on the second slide
they are in warranty till July of this year
i bought them second hand from a guy through here so in warranty claim the name miss match is another issue but the guy i bought it from hell claim it from his side if that's the issue
(he's a friend now so if he has to put the claim or anything thats not an issue )
can you guys please tag the headphonezone representative so he could help me
