Hello - I am a CPA currently working as a senior associate in one of the mid-tier audit firms for 2.5years and counting.

I want to go abroad but my resume is always rejected.

Just wanted to ask if better ba na lumipat nalang sa big 4 firms for more chances of being hired directly abroad? What are your thoughts?
