I start my MA program this fall and was wondering what kind of shifts do you work and where do you work? Do you work 3 12s or 5 8s?

I want to become a MA and really don’t want to quit my job to go to my local community college for in person classes so I was looking at online programs like NJCU or ACT but I see they aren’t accredited by the CAAHEP. For those in NJ who did an online program, did it affect you at all in finding a job?

I’m signed up for a community college program for MA and I want to be in healthcare but I was wondering if it is worth it to get your foot in the door if my idk if I want to be a rad tech or nurse?
