Just wanna make sure this is eastern skunk cabbage and ask whether I can grow edible vegetables or just non edible plants/flowers in the same soil after I get rid of them. Any recs or ideas welcome pls

Also, is this compostable? I’ve looked up a little on calcium oxalate and I’m just iffy on putting it on my compost pile.
