Rin's banner duration will probably be long, meaning that as long as you have the jades you can go for her anytime. Like if you dont pull for her during her debut, no need to worry about reruns, her banner will still be there waiting for you.

Reason 2:

As much as I would like Himeko to be her bis erudition, it's more likely that Himeko will be a main push and main dps and will have her own niche that probably wont synergize much with The Herta.
