HELP⁉️

Foundation under my porch is collapsing. Inside/underneath is an old coal shoot. It is part of my basement, in its own room. Concrete floor. I’ve gotten multiple quotes all ranging from about $11,000-15,000.

Shamrock Chimney said they would “remove bricks, add a wood brace to stop porch from collapsing, then set the bricks with rebar and proper foundation, reset bricks with a high grade mortar mix to ensure structural stability.”

Acculevel said they would “basement machine wall straightening with wall sealing, carbon straps with bottom anchor and neck tie, floor joist blocking at each carbon strap on parallel walls”

I don’t know which company to choose or which option is the best for my foundation. PLEASE help. I need it fixed asap.

Help! What kind of foundation do I have & what will fix this? House is about 120 y/o. Porch sits overtop. Spoke with a few companies. Some said stabilize porch & set bricks with rebar and high grade mortar. Others said use carbon straps which I read were bad for masonry work.
