Weakness after singing

I’ve been doing theatre and musicals at my school for the past three years, and just today at rehearsal I started to realise smth. Every time I sing a slightly long note, after the song ends my legs are SHAKING. Like I cannot stand still because it feels like my muscles are like randomly losing strength in some points.

At first, I just thought this was a nerve thing. Especially before I got my HSD diagnosis last year. I thought being on stage just affected my body like that. But now I’m starting to think otherwise, because I’m not very afraid of being on stage. I don’t get stage fright in literally any other way, nor do I think this is a subconscious thing. I also don’t think it’s something to do with my technique of singing becaaause… weelllll…

I’m very good at singing. I’ve got very good technique in projecting and specifically controlling my breath and it’s not like singing tires me out at all in any other way. I love singing! SO MUCH! If I had to kiss marry kill the different sections of theatre: I’d kiss acting, kill dancing (once again, HSD) and MARRY SINGING! but anyway that is very off topic. I’m starting to think this is something to do with my HSD, as I have specific weakness in my legs and knees.

Just something I observed that I wanted to share. Anyone else experienced this?
