I wore earplugs 2 years ago because I had tinnitus after exposed to an extremely loud hair trimmer during haircut. I became sensitive to loud noise. After that, my right ear started to feel uncomfortable due to earwax blockage. The discomfort became worse as there is also pressure sensation beside my right eye and near my right ear. I stopped wearing earplugs since then but the discomforts still persists until now. Sometimes I feel and hear earwax when I turn my head. I tried ear drops, irrigating my ear with shower head at home, ear suction at clinic but the discomfort still exists. Can eating spicy foods help to reduce earwax blockage?
