Am I doing this wrong or is it bugged??? have tried multiple times. It's my very last calling card😭

This is the third game that I have done both glitch’s and for both of them saying that I haven’t completed it. I’ve done it with lower CR Operators and it’s worked?? Is it cause 50/50 gets a skin from completing one, so there for has to be a certain CR?? I’ve got no clue 😅
