So for some context, I'm saving up money to upgrade from an RTX 2060 and Ryzen 5 2600.

In my country the difference between the 9070 XT and 5070 Ti is around $250 to $300 which is not worth it at all. So cause I'm new to AMD cards I wanna know which model should I get between these 3: ASRock Taichi, Sapphire Nitro+ and XFX Mercury. Also I should add that the difference in price between these 3 is very minimal so I wanna see what everyone thinks is the best model between them and go for it.

And for processor I was aiming for a Ryzen 7 9700x but I can save a little bit more and get a 9800X3D, it will take me a bit longer to save up to the X3D so is it worth it or the 9700x is good enough?
