A note to future sellers
After a fantastic and seamless experience closing our house sale independently with no agent involvement.
I’m here to plead with future sellers to really consider this as an option and sell it yourselves and save the fees. Maybe this way people will get a more realistic idea of what properties are actually worth and not horrendously inflated by bidding wars. And not to mention speed up your process if you’re looking for quick sales.
From the 14/1 from out mortgage broker meeting to 14/5 for closing and keys. This is all it took and it could even be less for some of you.
At the end of the day, your future buyers are people, young couples and young families looking for a start and a place to call home. So please if you can, consider selling independently and help combat the crisis that so many people are being effected by.
