Anyone have any experience or feedback on lessons at Cypresswood or any other locations in and around Houston. Looking to check it out and wanted to see if there was any feedback from folks.

We've had these sensors and system in our house for about 20 years and aside from the occasional battery replacement they have been pretty bulletproof...UNTIL NOW
Recently, the sensor is somehow setting the alarm off in the middle of the night - no rhyme or reason. I have replaced the battery and am still having an issue with it.
Do these just die after a long period of time? Is there any trouble shooting that a homeowner can do? Just replace it?
Only way we can avoid having this not set the alarm off in the middle of the night is to bypass it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
