Bolt handle scratches and scrapes the ejection port

A year ago I bought a new Ruger 10/22 RPF 1151 carbine. In about 500 rounds fired, I only had one stovepipe jam (5 different manufacturers and types of ammo).

The carbine works perfectly (very reliable and quite accurate with factory open iron sights). I clean the barrel and accessible parts of the bolt and receiver after each shooting. I still haven't disassembled the rifle.

But I have noticed something. I often use the bolt hold open system for safety reasons. As is known, the bolt on a standard Ruger 10/22 sits slightly upward and at a subtle angle when the factory bolt hold-open system is activated. In order to deactivate the bolt hold open lever, it is necessary to pull the bolt handle all the way back. I have noticed that the bolt handle (which is a little wobbly in its seat on all Ruger 10/22 rifles) slightly scrapes the rear narrow upper part of the receiver. I assume this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about?
