What do girls in their 20s usually wear for nightlife partying in the summer? For reference I’m from San Diego, so I typically wear a short skirt and boots, or just jeans. Tops are black or colorful or sparkly, and have decent coverage. Sometimes small dresses. I’m not sure what the standards are for clubs and bars are in Rome but I want to make sure I look appropriate. I also am not sure if my usual outfits would work. Do people dress “nicer”? And do they wear skirts, or dresses, or jeans? I’m visiting for the summer and am nervous my clothes won’t fit in well with the culture.
