Would appreciate anyone’s insight into which NYC commercial lit boutiques (other than Susman) are equivalent to or better than your GDC/DPW/K&E’s of the world? Beginning to recruit for a post-clerkship job and having a tough time figuring it out for places MoloLamken, HSG, Selendy, Elsberg, BSF, etc.

Starting a one year federal clerkship in August. Judge doesn’t have any hiring restrictions. Would really like to just get hiring out of the way. When is the earliest I can apply and not hurt my chances? September? October? Looking at BigLaw and boutiques.
