I'm so mad, I need to do something to Andrey Vlasov, I'm playing as Germany and I won against the allies, killed the USA, and the USSR was the only thing left between me and total world domination, I was micro managing in the north, took the Baltics easily, and so on but I remembered the south and did a nice encirclement in caucasia and thought that was said and done so I assigned Vlasov to the full 120 Division army without a field marshal and did a front line on Stalingrad and forgot about it again, meanwhile in the north my army easily took Leningrad and Moscow, I did a field marshal order just to march to the Urals just in case and checked in on Stalingrad, turns out Vlasov is partaking in the eternal sieges of Astrakhan and Stalingrad, I quickly realised as to why USSR hadn't capitulated yet, I had done 2 collabs on them, then I checked the war tab and I had 1.8m casualties, when I had closed the encirclement in caucasia I had 800k casualties with 7m on the soviets side, i am so mad, I wanted to the cap the soviets with less than 2m casualties and Vlasov said Mass attack go brrrr
