I finally got a 3-3-3 for Seaver other than being a 3-3-3 is this something you would keep?

Look I'm just here to vent!...I have been playing this game long enough to know the possibilities...But Mannn I'm annoyed right now...I finally got a team Sig from mileage and out of 5 possible Sig Degrom's on my roster I end up with the same damn one I already have.
I consider myself someone with good basic baseball knowledge, but with baseball I never got into the strategy of relievers and what kind of receiver should be put where in a line up to be most effective. My relievers aren't close to being finished, but they are getting killed almost every game in ML36. I am looking for a lesson in reliever placement.
I tried buid my Signature 23 Lindor to be a monster. I am in Master League 2036 and he is averaging a .240 BA and 21 homeruns way lower than what I want from him. Chance maker was not my first choice, but I took the 3-3-3. I eventually want the born to be a star legend skill with the same gold skill set up. Any suggestions?
I just got signature Todd Hundley and I wanted some advice on how high my field should be. I I dont have my finally skill set yet, but I wanted to try and get a contact master 3-3-3 set and add a +5 stat adjustment for con or should I add it to field or should I retrain?
I want to make my 22 sig Alonso more of a monster he already is averaging .385 and 55 homeruns in Mater league 2035 and thats with me trying hard to replace the strength the strength skill with spotlight but have had no luck yet. I want to add my +5 stat adjustment to make him better. I wanted to add it to power more power or eye for balance, but google tells me to add to contact master to bring his con to base 80 with contact master...what do you think?
