PVC Flare Up Happened Again
Just for context, I’m 18 years old and the first time I had a PVC flare up (1 PVC every 5-10 beats) was a few months ago. Today I was minding my own business, studying on my laptop in my bedroom, when I felt a PVC and a strange sensation in my chest that somewhat signalled more PVCs are incoming. It was a scary experience because my heart was all over the place, I couldn’t control it. Note that this started at around 9:40pm? Then it gradually started to concern me at around 10:00pm and lasted until 11:00pm. I thought it was done for good, when I went to bed at around 11:30pm, it started again, for the first few minutes I didn’t seem to care as I was quite sleepy, then it continued, I got worried, I got out of bed and just waited for it to be over. Luckily it did at around 12:30am. But I was hyper vigilant, my heart was still pumping hard and racing after that flare up, I sat on my bed for like an hour, it was pretty stressful, I was trying not to trigger another flare up.
I’d say that this flare up was somewhat more scary than the first time, the first time when it ended I felt quite relieved, but now when it ended, it made my heart race, it was quite difficult to wind down. But eventually I slept.
