looking to pick up an acoustic guitar this weekend, but as someone with no prior musical experience i have no idea where to start and how to learn… any advice/guidance would be appreciated 🙏🏼

got my garmin about a month ago, and my recovery is always in the red (it’s at 96 hours rn 😭) but i don’t feel tired or sore… any tips/advice on how to recover better??
