Hi there i am asking for a help, I live in New York City in a big semi-basement with 4 bed two bath. Basically I filled vawa recently and i found out yesterday my flatmates also filled vawa which is not my issue, but i am worried about the same address that we both used for our application as a residence without having any of our knowledge. I am little worried about that what if USCIS flagged it. anybody gone through same situation? although i have my own lease so does other flatmates.

How long it takes to get the Biomatric notice after the vawa package submission? Does all the biomatric appointment comes separately? or they just use one biometric to cover for all the forms? thanks in advance

Anybody out there who got stuck abroad denied boarding??

I am gonna file VAWA anytime soon just trying to make sure I have enough documents to proceed with my petition. Kindly look into my checklist and let me know if I have any gaps or if I am good to GO. any recommendations in this regard would be highly appreciated.

1. A declaration of statement explaining the whole
   The abusive incidents that have happened between us so far.

2. Marriage Certificate

3. Proof of my spouse’s US Citizenship (Birth Certificate )

4. Sublease proof of living together.

5. Proof of our same address on photo ID’S.

6. Joint bank account.

7. Police report.

8)) Proof of abuse such as screenshots, text that shows my spouse harassed me to kick me out of the US.

9. My good moral character also known as an FBI background check.

10. Affidavits of testimonies from my friends and family stating that they are also informed about our marital abusive situation.

11. Spouse’s SSN.

12. Proof of our photo album Since the last three years of being together such as Dating, weddings, etc...

13. Proof of property damage such as smashing my phone, and assaulting me with an objective.

14. A mental evaluation from a certified Psychiatrist.
