Any advice for Roseman interview? What should I expect, are they laid back/strict, etc. what’s the day like? I’m nervous haha

Any advice on their Kira? Also I saw they don’t have an interview after that the Kira is considered the interview. What are your chances after completing one of these? I’m surprised usually it’s just a pre screening.

Anybody got an interview yet after Kira? I feel like they are a little more behind this year than last. Also I’d post this in the interview megathread but nobody sees it lmfao

This is my third cycle applying and I’m hoping the big deciding factor will be I applied first day it opened instead of first week or two of August. (I’ve improved other areas of course but I feel this way because I’m an average applicant). Anyways, my first two cycle UMSOD interviewed me (OOS) and I got waitlisted. The interview came a month earlier this last cycle. Do I have a real chance of being accepted if interviewed again? I feel like it’s weird to interview someone OOS twice in a row and waitlist them. I have a feeling with applying earlier and improved stats I’ll get another interview but idk if it’ll turn into an acceptance this time. Idk I just need insight on why this might be a trend and any advice on how to turn it from interviewing then waitlisted to interviewing then acceptance.

Did anyone receive a confirmation from MUSC that they received your app? Has anyone received a secondary at all? I haven’t received anything and it’s been like 3.5 weeks since I’ve been verified.
