i listened to problem solving by slade when i was told i failed my class and i kept affirming for hours while having it on loop for hours and then i got so busy and 30 min later received news that my issue was turned around!!!!

i’ve also been playing it on repeat for like a week and a half while doing robotic affirmations and swear i’ve gotten movement as in my

sp replies quick and im also not attached as i used to be

i’ve also spent the last 2 months working on my sc and i do mirror work and enjoy my hobbies but also when something negative does occur to me i do cry but it goes away bc then i remember who’s really in charge and that’s me
