Profile for LOD injury

I had been dealing with pain in left hip/leg. I received my LOD paperwork from AIT in March. I submitted to my unit and asked for guidance on next steps. As my understanding was that with the LOD paperwork I could get treatment for the injury? Is this incorrect?

Simultaneously, I was tired of waiting and decided to get an MRI and the results support that there’s injury to the hip and hamstring. The recommendation was to see an orthopedic surgeon. I also need to get on profile to prevent further damage. Anyone can advise on the process to obtain a profile for reservist?

I had my interview late January of this year. Application was recommended for approval but my case status was stuck on interview schedule until today. I believe is just a random system update 😂

Let’s keep waiting.
