Gday everyone. I’m a freshly qualified Electrician in Adelaide (24yo) and for the last year and a half been really wanting to get into distribution linework once I finished my qualification. Ideally would love to start a distribution apprenticeship with SAPN but from what I’ve heard it’s easier said than done lol. Got lots of experience with heavy construction work, working at big heights, building switchrooms, rigging, joining & terminating submains up to 500mm, HV/LV transformers and just wondering if anyone’s got any suggestions on how to get my foot in the door so hopefully I’m not stuck applying for years.
