THAPAR COE VS VIT VELLORE SPEC CAT 5 VS VIT CHENNAI CSE CORE CAT 4/5
i have been allotted coe in thapar and i have a rank of 31 k in vit , i can maybe get vit chennai core in cat 4/5 or cse spec in cat 3/4 and cse spec in cat 5 in vit vellore
which one out of them is better ( im from north )
