I’m a non-EU citizen living in Germany on a student residence permit. I run an online business from Germany, but I sell to customers both inside and outside the EU.
I’m trying to figure out where it makes the most sense to register my business. If you’ve been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate hearing what you did. Were you able to register a business in Germany or another EU country as a non-EU citizen? If not, where did you incorporate, and were you still able to sell to customers in the EU without any major issues?
