Just curious if this would be a thing

I previously worked on systems for US-based companies where we handled things like ticket raising, maintenance tracking, alerts, asset monitoring, issue management, and operational insights (a lot of it tied with IoT/data tracking too).

It made me curious, do companies in Nepal actually need systems like this?

I’m talking about things like:

  • maintenance/service tracking
  • issue/ticket management
  • alerts & monitoring
  • operational dashboards/insights
  • asset/device tracking
  • workflow automation
  • Not the complete IOT and sensors based but some tracking

Especially for industries like hospitals, manufacturing, ISPs, hotels, logistics, hydropower, corporate offices, etc.

Right now a lot of places here still seem to rely on Excel, Viber groups, calls, and manual follow-ups. But maybe I’m wrong.

Would Nepali companies actually pay for systems like this if it solved real operational problems? Or is the market still too early for it?
