I started my job as a usace appraiser competitive permanent conditional 5/17/2026 as a gs11. I applied for a job also a gs 11 with DOT as a contract specialist , permanent competitive . Under veteran 30% disability eligibility. Does the 90 day restrict me from accepting the job if offered?

1. It no longer shows if there is any promotion potential
2. Usually it will say if its 1 vacancy, few or even many. Now… nada
