FCPS Part 1 Medicine What was Paper 1 like?

I’m appearing for FCPS Part 1 in Medicine this October. So far, I’ve studied First Aid, Rafi, and have also solved Medicall MCQs
I wanted to ask those who appeared in the July or April attempt about Paper 1, especially the type and difficulty of questions.
I’ve heard that Paper 1 mainly tests your basic sciences concepts, but I’ve also read that FCPS Paper 1 can be quite random and that questions can come from literally anywhere.
For those who recently attempted it:
Was Paper 1 actually doable?

What was the overall difficulty level?

Were the questions mainly from Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Microbiology, etc., or were they very random/unpredictable?

Did First Aid/Rafi cover a reasonable proportion of the questions?

Were the questions mostly concept-based, factual one-liners, or clinical/application-based?

And most importantly, how did the actual paper compare with the preparation material/MCQs you had done beforehand?

I’m mainly trying to understand what to expect from Paper 1 and whether I should focus on strengthening the basic concepts from these resources or prepare for a completely unpredictable paper.
Would really appreciate input from anyone who has actually given the April or July attempt. Thank you!

My two cents on today’s episode

Today's episode was honestly frustrating.
First, the whole Harshad–Shivangi–Shilpa "sorry" conversation made absolutely no sense. It felt like Shilpa was trying to paint Harshad as some innocent little kid who is constantly being manipulated by others. That's just ridiculous. Harshad is a 43 year old grown man . He is fully capable of making his own decisions, and acting like he's some helpless child who gets fooled by everyone is completely baseless.
Second, I don't understand Shivangi's approach anymore. She really needs to maintain some distance. She keeps going back to explain herself and asking Harshad not to behave a certain way, but why? If you can clearly see that he's being passive-aggressive, then set boundaries instead of repeatedly trying to convince him. At some point, enough is enough.
Lastly, yogesh trying to boast about how many reels he gets just to indirectly demotivate Shreya was unnecessary and came across as insecure rather than impressive. I'm glad Ritesh called him out because someone needed to. That was probably the most sensible moment in that entire conversation.
Overall, today's episode had a lot of forced and pointless drama, and these interactions just didn't feel genuine at all.

The whole task of today’s was just uselesss

I genuinely don't understand what the makers were thinking with that comeback task in Lock Upp Season 2.
The two evicted contestants were brought back and made to compete against two contestants who had survived in the game. That's fine in itself but the task was so poorly designed that it clearly favored the comeback pair.
People were throwing sandbags directly to the returning contestants, and all they had to do was collect them and put them back. Meanwhile, the other team had to work much harder without having the same advantage. The outcome felt predictable because the task itself wasn't balanced.
A comeback challenge should test both teams on equal footing. If one side starts with an obvious advantage built into the rules, it's no longer about strategy or performance it's about who the makers want to win.
Reality shows are much more enjoyable when the tasks are genuinely fair. This one just felt frustrating to watch because it seemed heavily tilted in favor of the returning contestants.

Why they are bringing evicted contestants back?

Whats the point of playing game with your whole heart if they keep bringing evicted contestants back? Only 2 weeks are left. Isn’t it unfair for those who are in the game and have no knowledge of the things going outside and giving yogesh and harshad an edge to play the game with better strategy

Harshad contradiction is too obvious to ignore

The Harshad contradiction is too obvious to ignore

So let me get this straight.
On camera with Shivangi: Harshad is "respectful", "sensitive", "emotional king" and. with Shreya: middle finger, aggression, disrespect to a woman.
Which one is real? The curated TV image or this?
It’s hard to call someone "respectful" when there’s proof of the opposite behavior. This feels like a PR image vs reality situation.

Am I the only one who finds this hypocritical?
