Feeling stuck finding good app ideas in the AI era — what would you build if you had the time?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to come up with a solid app idea to build, but honestly, it's been tough. Ever since AI tools exploded, the bar for what's considered "innovative" feels impossibly high, and every niche I think of either already has ten AI-powered competitors or feels like it'll be obsolete in six months. I keep going back and forth between wanting to build something AI-native and something that just solves a real problem regardless of the tech stack. So I'm turning to you guys,

if you had the time and resources to build one app right now, what would it be? Not necessarily something AI-driven, just something you genuinely wish existed or think the world needs. I'd love to hear what problems you're itching to solve, even (or especially) the weirdly specific ones. Your half-baked ideas, shower thoughts, and "someone should really make this" moments are exactly what I need. Thanks in advance!
