What is the reason for my wife’s constant rocking motion

My wife started rocking 2 years ago and it has progressively gotten worse. We have seen several doctors and she has had an mri eeg on her brain which have showed up with nothing connected to the rocking. She is constantly exhausted and has trouble sleeping, please help us come up with what might be the cause and or potential solutions if possible…
Diagnosis: depression
Medication: current -olanzapine, terbinafine
Past-Effexor 20 years
Vitamin/herbal supplement: ashwaganda
